Recently, Nanxin Technology has launched a new 50W highly integrated and efficient single-chip wireless power receiving/transmitting chip - SC9625, with an internal high-efficiency synchronous full bridge rectifier.

 

SC9625 supports dedicated protocols. Adopting a super small 2.875mm x 4.035mm WLCSP-54 package, it can be widely used in fields such as mobile phones, tablets, medical and industrial instruments.

 

In wireless charging systems, there are three major systems: input power, transmission, and reception.

 

The reason why SC9625 is called RTX (Wireless Charging Receiver and Emitter Chip) is because in addition to serving as a 50W wireless charging receiver chip, it can also be used as a wireless charging transmitter by adding a power supply to the output end.

 

As a receiver, SC9625 can provide an output power of 50W (20V/2.5A) for downstream charger systems. As a transmitter, it can support up to 15W of output power to other wireless receivers.

 

The SC9625 integrates ultra-low R (on) MOSFETs, which can convert AC power signals from wireless transmitters to DC power, as well as a programmable LDO, achieving extremely high system efficiency. The SC9625 includes industry-leading on-chip 32-bit MCUs with extremely low standby power consumption. Multiple erasable memory provides great flexibility for system firmware updates.
