SC71701Q/SC71702Q is a single channel/dual channel antenna low-voltage regulator with current detection function for vehicles. It supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and can output voltages from 1.5V to 22V.
SC71701Q/SC71702Q conducts comprehensive fault diagnosis through current detection and error indication pins. The current detection pin CSX supports multiplexing, which can accurately sample the output current size and comprehensively diagnose different faults. The current limit of a single channel can be adjusted by the peripheral resistance on the ILIMX pin, and the maximum current output of a single channel is 400mA.
SC71701Q/SC71702Q supports timely protection and diagnosis of various faults such as output overcurrent, output short circuit to ground, output short circuit to battery, reverse current, overheating, etc., ensuring equipment safety. At the same time, the high precision of small current output sampling in this scheme (± 10% @ 5mA, ± 50% @ 1mA) can ensure accurate sampling under small current output.
In addition, the SC71701Q/SC71702Q series also offers a fault self recovery version for selection, which can be output again without the need to re enable the chip after the fault is removed.
