SC81530Q is a USB charging chip that integrates a synchronous voltage regulator and a USB current limiting switch. It supports BC1.2 CDP and TypeC DFP mode charging protocols, supports A-port and C-port charging, and internally integrates a DPDM data switch with a bandwidth greater than 1GHz. It is packaged in a 22 pin 4mm X 4mm Wettable Flank QFN package.
SC81530QWith comprehensive protectionProvide output overvoltage protection, inductor cycle by cycle current limiting protection, output short circuit protection, output overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown protection functions, which can timely cut off the output in case of circuit abnormalities and protect the safety of charging.
SC81530Q can be accessed through± 8kV IEC 61000-4-2 Contact Discharge Test and± 15kV IEC 61000-4-2 air discharge test,With USB_ Short battery protection function of OUT/DM/DP/CC pins.
SC81530QThe overall peak efficiency is as high as 94.1%, and the temperature rise at full load is only 26 ℃. High efficiency and low heat generation can ensure stable operation in high-temperature environments and reduce the pressure of heat dissipation design.
