SR Controller
Secondary synchronous rectification uses a power MOSFET with extremely low conduction resistance to replace the rectifier diode to reduce losses. The pre monitoring working mode enables the rectifier MOSFET to have zero voltage on ZVS and zero current off ZCS characteristics, which are used to improve the conversion efficiency of the power system and meet the requirements of high power density and miniaturization.
